About using Epsom salt

There are brands that offer masculine Epsom salt mixes that are great in terms of smell and have added natural ingredients. The best way to use Epsom salt is to mix it with water. Just add a cup of pure Epsom salt to your bathtub in warm water and soak for about 10 minutes or more. You will feel an instant difference in your mood and body pain. Adding a few essential oils, such as tea tree or eucalyptus can be help in getting more from the soak. If you have dry skin, you can use coconut oil as a moisturizer. In case you don’t have a bathtub at home, you can still use Epsom salt for the last rinse in hot water.

Please note that Epsom salt is nothing but magnesium sulfate, and if you have cracked feet or diabetes, this might not be a good choice for you. Also, it is always better to buy the best natural bath salts you can find in the market.
